TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:

By Peter Okoth Mbudu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbudu Ogola, who died on 8th October, 1999.
CAUSE NO. E188 OF 2026
By Mary Auma Oygui, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilori Miriro alias Kilion Kilori Miriro, who died on 16th June, 1973.
CAUSE NO. E192 OF 2026
By Elizabeth Akinyi Ambiro, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Omanya Ogwang alias Omanya Ogwang alias William Omwanya, who died on 9th August, 2016.

By Hellen Adhiambo Omolo, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamaya Miduma alias Nyamaya Midume, who died on 15th February, 1983.
CAUSE NO. E202 OF 2026
By Matha Owuor Otieno, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Consolata Ochola Nyagia, who died on 19th September, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
