TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E226 OF 2026
By Jenifa Aoko Oyweka, of P.O. Box 454-40300, Homa Bay in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owojeka Onyango, who died at Kawour Sub-location, on 13th June, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E230 OF 2026
By Moses Ouma Seka, of P.O. Box 3, Nyatike in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakaria Seka Omiembe alias Zekaria Seka Omiembe, who died at North East Kadem, on 28th December, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
