TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E190 OF 2026
By Lilian Aluoch Omolo, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maranda Ochieng alias Maranda Achieng, who died at Kotieno, on 3rd September, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E197 OF 2026
By John Ouko Oneya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oneya Nyamala alias Onea Nyamaya, who died at Kajulu, on 20th March, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E201 OF 2026
By John Omanya Ounda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oundo Okendo, who died at Kalanya Kanyango, on 7th March, 1993.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
