PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E312 OF 2025
By Samuel Ogango Ouma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Ouma Aloo, who died on 18th August, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2026
By Petalis Odero Rakindi, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Akach Omeny Rakisi, who died at Kalia, Seme, on 7th January, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
