TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2024
By John Mwangi Thungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Thungu Gachuga alias Robert Thungu, who died at Kangemi, on 19th November, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2026
By Grace Nyambura Kamau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Karoga, who died at Kamuthi, Maziwa, on 19th June, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
