TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2026
By (1) Martin Wekesa Wasike and (2) Joseph Wekesa Barasa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dismas Wasike Kimale alias Tisimasi Kimale, who died at Kimilili Rural, on 20th December, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2026
By (1) Jackson Wachie Malesi, (2) Joseph Khisa Malesi and (3) Amos Barasa Twanga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Malesi Walusaka alias Malesi Walusaka, who died at Mt. Elgon Hospital in Kenya, on 14th December, 1995.

By Remi Wamalwa Tulienge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wabuti Bumale, who died at Kamukuywa, on 21st March, 1976.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
