By Boaz M. Nandwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Munjeresa Nandwa alias Grace Munjeresa Jacob, who died at University of Kansas Health System, U.S.A., on 8th November, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2026
By Beatrice Ayuma Shivugu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abinayo Otende Aliang’ana alias Abinayo Otende s/o Petro Alingana, who died at Kaptech Sub-location, on 18th March, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2026
By (1) Solomon Mugala Muhindi and (2) Chogo Painito, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Epharam Muhindi alias Ephraim Muhindi alias Efraim Muhindi Masha, who died at Kivagala Sub-location, on 18th May, 1991.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
