PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2025
By Joyce Awinja Ameka, of P.O. Box 321, Soy in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wycliffe Levi Ameka, who died on 15th September, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2026
By Lawrence Wanjala Matifari, of P.O. Box 241, Soy in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matifari Chemiati Kitui, who died at Roberts, Likuyani, on 4th July, 2007.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
