TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2025
By (1) Loice Naliaka Musabi and (2) Bonface Wakhungu Musabi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Musabi, who died at Kamasielo, on 3rd March, 1983.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By Hamisi Maso Musa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanai sha Lihemu Liangale, who died at Nadlu Sub-location, on 20th August, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2026
By (1) Thomas Juma Ndierna and (2) Joseph Kulova, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Temtila Naliaka Ndierna who died at Kibisi, on 17th April, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2026
By Petronila Ingwali Obwana, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abiud Obwana Okarikodi, who died at Dreamland Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 31st December, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
