TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2024
By Vincent Tigniei Chesoo, of P.O. Box 165-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimaiyo Chesoo Kimarich alias Kimaiyo A. Chesoo, who died at Meibeki, on 7th November, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2025
By Joan Jepkosgei Rotich, of P.O. Box 247, Iten in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Rotich alias David Kigen Rotich, who died at Sergoit Sub-location, on 5th May, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
