IN THE PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT KABIYET
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2024
By (1) Kiplet Tirop and (2) Lidia Jesismo Sitienei, both of P.O. Box 894-30300, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebochesengeny arap Buigut, who died at Saniak, on 13th May, 1985.
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By (1) Titus Kipruto Ngetich and (2) Julius Kimeli Ng’etchi, both of P.O. Box 86844-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipngetich Rotich alias Kimng’etchi arap Rotich, who died at Teresia, on 4th March, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
