TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2025
By (1) Jane Wathuti Mwai and (2) James Ndegwa Mwai, both of P.O. Box 72945-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mwai Karumi, who died on 20th August, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2026
By Jane Njeri Kanyua, of P.O. Box 1585-10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kanyua Kaberere, who died on 10th October, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
