TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2025
By (1) Munira Anwar Saleh and (2) Anisa Anwar, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Anwar Saleh Mohamed alias Anwar Saleh Mohamed Holesy, late of Thika West, who died at Starehe, on 16th November, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By (1) Veronica Wathithi Muriu and (2) Stephen Ngugi Muriu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Muriu Ngugi, late of Gatundu, who died at Karinga Sub-location, on 22nd July, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
