TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E218 OF 2026
By Samuel Nganga, of P.O. Box 4560-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Wanjiru Nganga, who died at Subuku Sublocation, on 17th December, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E294 OF 2026
By John Kariuki Mugo, of P.O. Box 2779, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mugo Gachanja alias Mugo Gachanja Kamara, who died at Ndunyui, on 4th June, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
