TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2022
By Jasper Wafula Muliro, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Muliro Bulindi, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 24th October, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E344 OF 2024
By Christopher Wasike Wanyama, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Singila Wanyama Kabuchanga, who died at Bwake, on 20th August, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E156 OF 2026
By (1) Emmanuel Wefawfwa and (2) Augustine Manyonge Juma, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clyburn Juma Lukibisi alias Clyburn Jma Amirk Mulaha Lukibisi alias Lukibisi Juma C., who died at Ndengelwa, on 20th September, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
