CAUSE NO. E165 OF 2025 (FORMERLY CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2025)
By Mevice Khavere Mwale, of P.O. Box 12153–00200, Nairobi in
Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of John Mwale, who died at
Kisasi Sub-location, on 23rd August, 1993.

By (1) Akinyi Margareta Ocholla and (2) Erik Ayayo Ocholla,
both of P.O. Box 47966–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s

grant of probate of the last will to the estate of Margit Kristina
Falkestrom Ocholla Ayayo alias Falkestrom Ocholla Margit Kristina,
late of Nairobi, who died at Woodley Estate, on 13th September, 2008.

the estate of Michael Edward Doughty, late of Nairobi, who died at
Aga Khan University Hospital in Kenya, on 19th May, 2025.

deceased’s son, through Messrs. J. M. Onyancha & Associates,
advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Adicha Jepkoya Cherogon alias Adicha Jepkoiya
Cherogony alias Adija Chepkoiya, who died at Kapchumba, Kabiyet,
on 29th August, 1994.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
