61555–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant
of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Paul Nkonge
Kirigua alias Peter Kirigua alias Peter N. Kirigua alias Peter Nkonge
Kirigua alias Peter Nkonge Kiirigua, late of Karen, who died at
Muthaiga, on 12th December, 2024.

Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and (2) Stephan Michael Grzimek, of
Herzogstrasse, 79, 80796, Munich, Germany, for the resealing of a
grant of probate of the last will and known as the certificate of
executorship of the testate estate issued by the Probate Court in
Frankfurt am Main, Local Court, Germany, on 12th August, 2025, to
the estate of Erika ottilie Grzmek, late of Frankfurt am Main,
Germany, who died there on 9th February, 2020.

of Daniel Wanjohi Kabithe, late of Kirinyaga, who died at Karen, on
26th May, 2023.

Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messers. Anne A. Wedah & Co.,
advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Joseph Paul Muga, late of Lavington, who died at Westlands Specialist
Hospital in Kenya, on 28th November, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2026
By Mary Wanjiku Njenga, of P.O. Box 4987–00100, Nairobi in
Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, through Messrs. Kittony Manyange
Tonui & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Hannah Wanjeri Njenga, late of Muchatha,
who died at Gigiri, on 12th August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
