TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E247 OF 2025
By (1) Cyrus Karanja Wambaa and (2) Alice Mumbi Wambaa,
both of P.O. Box 431–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow
and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wanjiru Wambaa, who died on 2nd
April, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E324 OF 2025
By Joseph Mwaura Kibui, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters
of administration intestate to the estate of Rachel Wanjiku Muriithi,
who died at St. Peters & Ann Medical, on 7th October, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E352 OF 2025
By (1) Joseph Ndungu Kariuki, (2) Jane Wangare Njane and (3)
Hannah Nyambura Njane, the deceased’s son and daughters,
respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Kariuki Nginyo, who died at Ngecha, on 7th July, 2001.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
