PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2025
By Benjamin Mutemi Muli, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters
of administration intestate to the estate of James Muli Munyithya, who
died at Kiomo Sub-location, on 17th July, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2025
By (1) Peter Musyimi Mutemi and (2) Mwangangi Mutemi, the
deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Sala Musyimi Nzomo, who died at Tahidi Nursing Home, on
20th December, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
