By Rop Joseph Cheruiyot and Joel Kipngetch Biwot, both of P.O. Box 1611-20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkones arap Tarus, who died on 27th July, 2022.

By James A. Rotich, Samwel Kipkurui Rotich and Veronica arap Sang, all of P.O. Box 51-20203, Londiani in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprotich arap Korir alias Kiprotich A. Korir, who died on 5th April, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E554 OF 2025
By Sarah Chepkeoch Kosge, of P.O. Box 481-20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Kipngetch Koske, who died on 26th March, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
