TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E372 OF 2025
By Nancy Nduta Warui and Anna Nyanduru Warui, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Anthony Warui Wagacha, who died at St. Mulumba Hospital in Kenya, on 28th February, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E386 OF 2025
By Agnes Jwaithira Mbogo and Susan Wangari Muigai, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Mary Njeri Njoroge, who died at State of Texas, on 23rd December, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E387 OF 2025
By Jane Wagikuyu Mburu, of P.O. Box 10, Kagundu-ini in Kenya for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Wambutu Mbira, who died at Kariti, on 15th February, 1987.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
