CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2025
By George Kimani Mwangi and Sospeter Maina Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Danson Mwangi Muiru alias Danson Mwangi Muriu, who died at Ngutu Location, on 12th January, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E161 OF 2025
By Janet Wairimu Maina, of P.O. Box 4088, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Njeri Ngure, who died at Better Living Hospital in Kenya, on 6th July, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E214 OF 2025
By Stephen Maina Mwuoria, Beth Njeri Gakunyi and Peter Mwangi Mworia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wangai Gachoka, who died at Ichichi Location, on 10th April, 1966.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
