TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E252 OF 2025
By Josia Mwangangi Kivindu, of P.O. Box 97, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kivindu Murathi alias Kibindu Murathi, who died at Mugaari, Kiambere, Embu, on 7th October, 1989.
CAUSE NO. E260 OF 2025
By Nyaga Gichoni, of P.O. Box 95, Ishiana in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gichoni Gitune, who died at Euvoore Sub-location, on 7th June, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E263 OF 2025
By Kenedy Kariuki Gatu, of P.O. Box 226-60113, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mugo Njuru alias Mugo Njuru, who died at Embu, on 30th July, 2011.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
