TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2025
By Janes Manya Kangu and Lukas Otieno Kangu, both of P.O. Box 27846-00100, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, through Messrs. Nyagwa & Kibet Partners LLP, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Kangu Muchibi alias Kangu Muchibi, who died on 11th July, 1988.

By Rajab Makokha Sambuli, of P.O. Box 54-50102, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Okumu Makholo alias Juma Okumu, who died on 28th August, 1978.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
