TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E450 OF 2025
By Erick Oloo Mirika, Clerkson Otieno Odhiambo and Kennedy Ochieng Oloo, all of P.O. Box 1, Awasi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Oloo Muga, who died at Wang’anga, on 15th September, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E451 OF 2025
By Jane Adhiambo Otieno, of P.O. Box 532, Ahero in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Odongo Mumba alias Odongo Olanda, who died at Kochogo N., on 20th July, 2006.

By Margaret Oloo Jowi and Dalmas Awendo Joni, both of P.O. Box 12-40122, Awasi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thadius Jowi Awendo, who died at Kamrumba Wang’aya, on 2nd June, 1997.

By Kenedy Odhiambo Acholla, of P.O. Box 113, Pap Onditi in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sinema Gowi, who died at North Kabodho, on 10th February, 1980.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
