TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E180 OF 2024
By Jane Akoth Ogutu, of P.O. Box 212-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julias Amolo Dawa, who died on 28th November, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E276 OF 2025
By Samwel Magude Okumu, of P.O. Box 79, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ondu Odongo, who died at Upper Osiri, Kisumu West, on 2nd July, 1988.

By Kennedy Omondi Obinju, of P.O. Box 70, Maseno in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sablon Obinjo Ondu alias Obenjo Ondu, who died on 21st April, 1989.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
