By Jemima Wanjiru Mwangi, of P.O. Box 3336-01000, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Kamau, who died at Ng’araria, on 3rd May, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E299 OF 2024
By Maina Mwangi, of P.O. Box 619, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wangomo Kihara, who died at Gitiri Sub-location in 1959.
CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2025
By Margaret Waithira Kariuki and Josephat Waweru Kariuki, of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kariuki Kimani, who died on 8th June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E369 OF 2025
By David Mwangi Njenga, of P.O. Box 916, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Njoki Njenga, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 17th November, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
