TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2025
By Jane Njambi Gichobi and James Mwangi Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 70, Wang’uru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Nguu alias Livingstone Njiru, who died at Rwambiti, Baragwi, Kirinyaga, on 6th October,1976.
CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2025
By Michael Munene Macharia, of P.O. Box 2, Wang’uru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephat Macharia Kingi, who died at K.S.D.H., on17th October, 2007.

By Margaret Wanjiru Ndambiri, of P.O. Box 70, Wang’uru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Symon Ndambiri Wambugu, who died at Mikimaini, on 5th May, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2025
By Elizabeth Mwihaki Kibunja, of P.O. Box 80, Wang’uru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Wambui Kibunja, who died at Whiterose Medical, on 16th May, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
