TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E431 OF 2025
By Margaret Chagwi Keya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Keya Atsiabula Adulo, who died at Ikumba Sub-location, on 13th July, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E440 OF 2025
By Alfred Binaiza Osee, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Osee Nyevedi, who died on 30th August, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E446 OF 2025
By Charles Amuly Atulo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Atulo Munala, who died at Embali Sub-location, on 11th July, 1994.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
