By Mosley Zanny Musumba, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Edward Mbeya alias Edward Onyango, who died at Mwitubwi Sub-location, on 19th September, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E182 OF 2025
By Zakariah Opati Mundia, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zadock Mundia Okelo alias Mundia Okelo, who died at Mwitubwi Sub-location, on 25th May, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2025
By Allan Amani Musasia, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japhet Musasia Libese, who died at Lusala, on 21st March, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E378 OF 2025
By Samuel Angode, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Angode Agala, who died at Kisatiru Sub-location, on 22nd June, 1973.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
