TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E299 OF 2025
By Lawrence Ochieng Agoh, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ago Mwalo alias Ago Mwalo, who died on 4th February, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E398 OF 2025
By Mary Anyona Oso, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sylvester Oso Owuor alias Zadock Oso Owuor, who died at Kibera, on 24th June, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E467 OF 2025
By George Obwanda Kembo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Potas Obonyo Okongo alias Potas Obonyo Kongo, who died on 6th June, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E469 OF 2025
By Collins Omondi Nyamunga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Nyamunga Ojwanga alias Martin Nyawara Ojwang, who died on 12th February, 1999.

By Jacob Oloo Ogut, of P.O. Box 1710, Reru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephine Ogut Awala alias Stefano Ogut Awala, who died at Boya Rural Nursing Home, on 2nd April, 1991.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
