TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2025
By Abdulkader Mohamed Kassam Osman Gulmoh and Mammoon Kassam Musani, both of P.O. Box 10079-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zebunnissa Mohamed Kassam, who died at Cosmopolitan, Nairobi, on 6th June, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E111 OF 2025
By Hassan Awadh, of P.O. Box 10238-00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sofia Mohamed, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd March, 2005.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
