TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2025
By Kingi Barisa Heguda, of Kibarani, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Galgolo Heguda Komora, who died at Kibarani, on 18th July, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2025
By Athman Omari Abdalla, of Mtwapa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omari Abdalla Omari, who died at Shimo la Tewa, on 7th January, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
