TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2025
By Simion Kiplangat Rotich, Paul Kilel Cheruiyot and Vicky Chepngen, all of P.O. Box 128, Sosiot in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkilel arap Lesan alias Kipkiler arap Lesan, who died at Kericho District Hospital in Kenya, on 5th December, 2001.

By Isaac Kipkorir Rotich, Paul Kilel Cheruiyot, Simion Kiplangat Rotich and Vicky Chepngen, all of P.O. Box 128, Sosiot in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprotich arap Lessan alias Kiprotich arap Lesan, who died at Litein Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 8th May, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Diana Chepkoech, of P.O. Box 1934, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kiprono Langat alias David K. Langat, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 25th March, 2000.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
