TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2025
By Daniela Martino, of Via Flaminia 761 and Lea Martino, of Via Cassia No. 19, Italy, the deceased’s daughters, for the sealing of grant of probate of letters of administration with the will annexed to the estate of Martino Luciano, who died at Nairobi, on 14th August, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2025
By Cantori Rossella, Isaac Dalton and Steven Kipchoge Kipkoskei, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Kipkoskei Dalton, who died on 5th August, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
