TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E488 OF 2025
By Felista Njeri Mwangi, of P.O. Box 13005-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. Kiboi & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Mutonga Mwangi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 12th January, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
