By Mutenyo Kahiga Joseph and Evans Odhiambo Wesonga, both of P.O. Box 275, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Wesonga alias George David Wesonga, who died at District Hospital, Busia in Kenya, on 9th April, 2008.
