TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Fridah Wamalwa Opicho, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Kizito Khonokha Kituyi Ndekerere alias Zakayo Kizito Khonokha, who died at Bungoma County Referral Hospital, on 26th August, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By Pamela Chemosong Chemonges, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hosea Ndielma Kisasiandet alias Kisasiandet Ndielma, who died at Kibuk, on 16th October, 1990.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
