TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E396 OF 2025
By Peter Kariuki Waweru and Robert Mwea Waweru, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Waweru Kariuki, who died on 27th June, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Mary Wairimu Maina, of P.O. Box 61-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Kiunga Maina alias Mburu Maina, who died on 21st June, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By Mary Wairimu Maina, of P.O. Box 61-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Wangui Wangari, who died on 26th January, 2025.

By Eddah Wahu Kuria, of P.O. Box 19-00614, Wangige in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kuria Njaa, who died on 25th April, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By Alice Njeri Chege, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Chege Ndegwa, who died on 31st December, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
