TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:

By David Maina Gakombe, of P.O. Box 34–02100, Kigumo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawi Gakombe Nikodem, who died at Metropolitant Hospital in Kenya, on 13th December, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E305 OF 2025
By Geoffrey Maina John, of P.O. Box 111, Gathinja in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Kimita alias John M. Kimita, who died at Gathinja, Kirogo, on 15th June, 1983.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
