TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:

By Nicasio Kinyua Ndwiga, of P.O. Box 29, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silas Machaki Kamau, who died at Kiriani, on 29th July, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E257 OF 2025
By Simon Njeru Njiru, of P.O. Box 526-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Katharambu, who died at Mbuvori Sub-location, on 6th December, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E260 OF 2025
By Luisa Kanini Kagondu, of P.O. Box 3-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kagondu Nthiga, who died at Kevote, on 25th January, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By Beatrice Mbeti Njiru, of P.O. Box 322, Kerugoya in Kenya, Dedan Njiru Muriuki, of P.O. Box 67584, Nairobi in Kenya and Stephen Chege, of P.O. Box 322, Kerugoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marclus Gachoki Kaguongo alias Marclus Njiru Kaguongo, who died on 27th February, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
