TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2025
By Lucy Ruguuri Kimiti and Susan Gakii Godwin Kimiti, both of P.O. Box 35, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimiti Muinde, who died at St. Anne Hospital in Kenya, on 5th February, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E206 OF 2025
By Albert Raini, of P.O. Box 26-60400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Duncan Munene Nyaga, who died at Kabete, Waiyaki Way, on 16th March, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
