TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2025
By Nelson Martin Talma, of P.O. Box 60342-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Maria Philomena Tauma, who died on 27th May, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2025
By Jackson Muthiani Mutua and Daniel Mekala Mutua, both of P.O. Box 1062-90100, Machakos in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Mutua Isika, who died on 29th December, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
