CAUSE NO. E312 OF 2025
By Bonface Malila Mukuna, of P.O. Box 352, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamwati Mukuna, who died at Kionyweni Sub-location, on 7th January, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E315 OF 2025
By Virginia Mutinda Nzuki and Nzuki Simon Mwendwa, both of P.O. Box 176-90108, Kola in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cosmas Nzuki Kitaka, who died at Iioni Sub-location, on 29th October, 2024.

By Martha Mbula Tawa and Mueni Mutisya, both of P.O. Box 1614-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzyoka Kithuku, who died at Makaveti, Kyanzasu, on 16th September, 1995.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
