TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E166 OF 2025
By Edward Wanyonyi Laban, of P.O. Box 300, Naitiri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Kiliswa Temeteo Khangasi, who died on 31st October, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By Benson Wanjala Makata, of P.O. Box 11-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robai Nakhumicha Wanjala, who died on 30th October, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
