By Bathlamoyo Osunga Onyango, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Absalom Onyango Osunga, who died at Nyangoma Kogelo Sub-location, on 10th November, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E439 OF 2025
By Karen Akinyi Oyanda, Prisca Awuor Ombima and Caroline Ruth Atieno, both of P.O. Box 5798-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edith Auma Ombima, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 6th June, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2026
By Magret Awuor Opondo, c/o P.O. Box 7-40600, Ngiya in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opong James Awange alias Awange Opong, who died on 8th February, 1984.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
