TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By Jane Kwamboka Moisoma, of P.O. Box 141, Kipkelion in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaboke Gisore Moisoma, who died on 19th February, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By David Kimutai Bor and Lois Chepkoech Yomtoi, both of P.O. Box 244, Sondu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibor Biomdo Ramusi alias Kibor arap Biond A. Ramusi, who died on 4th September, 1995.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
