CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2023
By Selly Test and Simon Rotich, both of P.O. Box 122, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprotich Chephilat alias Kiprotich Chepsilat, who died at Cheboin, on 7th October, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2024
By Philip Kitar and Mary Chepkenoi Cheluget, both of P.O. Box 71, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kitar Chelule alias John Kitar arap Cheluget, who died at Litein Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 29th September, 2021.

By Benard Rono, of P.O. Box 71, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maritim A. Sanga alias Maritim arap Sanga, who died at Tarakwa, on 4th April, 2000.

By Francis Kipyegon Koskei and Johnstone Kipkurui Koskei, both of P.O. Box 468-20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoske arap Milgo, who died at Nakuru General Hospital in Kenya, on 19th October, 1985.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
