TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Patrick Kibuchi Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Njeri Mungai, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 1st October, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By John Kaboe Maiana, of P.O. Box 3, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Maiana alias Elizabeth Maiana Kaboe, who died at Kenol Hospital in Kenya, on 6th August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
