TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E271 OF 2025
By Salesio Ndiwga Njeru, of P.O. Box 36-60102, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ireni Njeru, who died at Thambu Sub-location, on 23rd August, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By Susan Wanjoka Kamau, of P.O. Box 1208, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abiud Kamau Kiura, who died at Kirima Sublocation, on 3rd January, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026
By Wincate Wanjagi Njoki, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gladys Njoki Kiragi, who died at Kamiu, on 7th July, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
